My name is Matt Fleury and I'm an architect for Turner. I started out building websites at a small company, and now I'm at the point where most of my job is sharing my experiences with others on best practices.

I've been building websites since college, when I got a job with a small development company. Most of my learning at that time was whatever I could find online, and solely based on what I needed to learn for work.

After graduating, I moved from Michigan to Georgia, and eventually was hired by Turner to build NCAA.com. I worked there for several years before moving to another position with TBS.com/TNTdrama.com. I ended up moving to an architecture team where I now help out across all of Turner's properties, from CNN to NCAA, from Cartoon Network to NBA.
